Your memorial is instantly available upon remittance of your payment. You will receive an email with the address of your memorial.

Can I make changes later?
Yes, if you would like to enhance any part of your memorial, make changes or deletions, you may do so.

How many pictures can I use?
You may use up to four (4) images in each memorial that you purchase. For PetMemorials, you may use one (1) image.

How long will my memorial remain online?
Once you have purchased a memorial on our site, it will remain online permanently. We will not delete your account unless the original owner of the memorial requests it.

How do I let my family and friends see the memorial?
You will be given an website address to use as a link for your memorial.

Why do my pictures look distorted?
The memorial template is set up to use pictures that measure 240X160 in pixels, for best results, we suggest you upload pictures of this size.
