Jack was born in a
small town in North Dakota, where he grew up with his 3 sisters.
Over the years, Jack raised his own 4 children here and was very
involved with his 12 grandchildren.
While working for Capital Contractors, he became involved with
Gussett First Methodist Church and the Gussett Little League. He
was also very involved with the Gussett Little Theatre, appearing
in 8 shows during the past 10 years. Surgical complications a year
ago forced Jack to cut back his involvement.
He died peacefully Tuesday and is survived by two sisters,
Gretchen Hall and Sarah Montgomery, and his four children,
Matthew, Sara, Eric and Jack.
Services will be help at Gussett First Methodist on Saturday, May
3, 2003 at 3:00 p.m. The burial will immediately follow at Forest
Lawn Cemetary, where he will join his parents and sisters. The
family will be receiving visitors at a Remembrance Ceremony on
Friday May 2, 2003 at 6:00 p.m. at their home. They have requested
that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Gussett First
Methodist Church, Gussett Little League or the Gussett Little
Theatre.
